How do I schedule a consultation?

First, you’ll select the 'Start Your Registry' button on our site. Once you’re set up in the MyRegistry platform, we will get in touch to schedule an initial meeting in our beautiful Long Island shoppe or a virtual video session.

Do you offer virtual registry services?

Many of our couples opt for an entirely virtual registry experience.

Before we meet, you’ll send us a few photos or videos of your space. Then we will talk about how you host, and begin shaping your registry around how you actually want to live.

We’ll reconnect for a follow-up virtual call where we present your custom design boards - complete looks, from formal dinner settings to a relaxed, beautifully layered outdoor table. You’ll see everything come together, and we’ll refine each detail in real time until it feels exactly right.

From there, we take care of the rest - adding everything to your registry for you.

How does the credit system work?

At HOSTED, we know that your tastes (and table size) might evolve after the big day. That’s why we offer a credit-based registry option: You select your favorite pieces now, your guests purchase from your list, and we hold off on shipping anything until after your event.

Here’s how it works:

  • Guests purchase the gifts you’ve selected, just like a traditional registry.
  • Instead of shipping items right away, we issue your gifts as store credit.
  • After your event, you’ll finalize your selections - whether that means confirming your original picks or making a few thoughtful swaps.
  • Then we ship everything, beautifully packaged and ready to enjoy.

This gives you the best of both worlds: the joy of curated gifting now, with the freedom to make final decisions later.

Can I register for items that are not on the Hosted website?

We source exquisite, hand-selected items, not just from our curated inventory, but from a network of artisan partners and luxury brands you won't find anywhere else.

Can I customize items in my registry?

Absolutely! Several of our pieces can be personalized to add a unique touch, such as monograms or special inscriptions.

Can I make changes to my registry?

Yes, you have full control over your registry and can adjust it as needed up until the point of final registry ordering. Our team is always available to assist with updates or provide recommendations.

What happens if my registry runs low on available gifts?

Our team will notify you promptly and provide tailored suggestions to ensure your registry remains well-stocked with thoughtfully curated options.
