Return Policy
*Please note all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.*
We gladly accept returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In original packaging, with tags attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at sales@hostedbykg.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be shipped to:

Once your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Important Notes
- Store Credit Only: All approved returns are issued as store credit—no refunds.
- Final Sale Items: Sale items, gift cards, custom, and special order items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Exchanges: The best way to exchange is to place a new order once your return is accepted.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@hostedbykg.com so we can make it right.
European Union Orders
If your order is shipped to the EU, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to return for store credit, no questions asked. Items must still meet our return eligibility criteria above.
Special & Custom Orders
All custom and special-order items are final sale and not eligible for return. These include items ordered from our suppliers specifically for you when out of stock.
Due to the handmade nature of many of our products and the involvement of global artisans, we cannot guarantee delivery dates—but we’ll keep you informed of any delays.
